Does AWI require an account?
No. The website has no sign-in/sign-up, and AWI Lock can be used without an online account.
Why does AWI Lock need special permissions?
Android requires specific permissions for overlays and usage access so an app can detect/cover other apps. AWI surfaces this clearly and links you to the right settings screens.
Can I force light or dark mode?
Yes. Use the Theme menu in the header. Auto mode also switches by time (7pm–7am = dark).
